Manager Analytics (m/f/o)

We are looking for Manager Analytics (m/f/o) to strengthen our very capable Analytics Team in Germany in the heart of Berlin. This role will report directly to our Team Lead Analytics & FP&A.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial and operational reports
  • Provide data training and support to non-data managers
  • Provide training and support to Power BI end-users, promoting self-service analytics
  • Automate data refreshes and reporting processes to improve efficiency
  • Power BI Dashboards: design & create dashboards that will user-friendly and will serve as a powerful analytical tool for the commercial teams
  • Shape our data infrastructure: help optimize and modernize our data environment
  • Work closely with commercial teams to bring their requests into life
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve the analytics capabilities
  • Mentorship: mentor & coach junior members of the team

 We Need You To Have:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Statistics or a related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in areas of data analytics
  • Strong Python & SQL skills
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration
  • Expertise in Power BI is a must, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard/report development.
  • International experience is a big plus
  • Fluency in English (fluency in German is nice to have)
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic, high pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the message precisely & concisely
  • Growth mindset with positive, energetic can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and be accountable for the work performed
  • Strong project management skills
